Senior Event Manager

The Senior Events Manager at Marriott Downtown is responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of complex events, ensuring high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases. • Minimum of 3–5 years of event management experience in a hotel or convention center setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role. • Strong understanding of event design, sales, and operational execution. Work Conditions & Physical Demands • Work is performed indoors and outdoors in a commercial setting with regular exposure to cold, heat, noise, people, and equipment. • Collaboration: Collaboration begins with strengthening our relationships with our residents, owners, partners, and employees, relying on strong communication and a deep understanding of the values and needs of all those involved.
