Our client, a premier entertainment and hospitality group, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of large-scale events in Atlanta, Georgia, US . This role is crucial for delivering exceptional experiences for guests at concerts, festivals, corporate functions, and private celebrations. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of event planning from concept to completion, including budget development and management, vendor negotiation and selection, logistics coordination, and on-site execution. Developing detailed event timelines, managing staffing requirements, and overseeing setup and teardown are key components of this role. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in event planning and management, with a strong emphasis on large-scale public or corporate events.
