Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and budget; developing comprehensive event proposals and detailed production plans; sourcing and managing relationships with a network of premium vendors, including caterers, florists, entertainers, and technical suppliers; negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality; overseeing event setup, execution, and breakdown; managing on-site teams and troubleshooting any issues that may arise; and conducting post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
