Senior Event Planner

The role of an Event Coordinator Senior entails planning and coordinating various events, including sports tournaments, concerts, community initiatives, cultural events, historical events, tourism events, and cleanup events. The Event Coordinator Senior will work closely with different County departments to ensure the successful execution of these events. The Event Coordinator Senior will maintain a vendor database and support event programming across County facilities. • Vendor Management: Recruit and manage event vendors; review permits, licenses, and insurance for compliance with County and state regulations. • Communication: Create and distribute public information about programs, facilities, and activities.
