Senior Event Planner

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Event Planner located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the flexibility of some remote work. Qualifications • Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to handle design, logistics coordination, and execution of events • Proven ability in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of event production • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members • Experience in Sales or business development related to the event industry • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines • Familiarity with experiential marketing and creative event design is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
