About the Role The Victory Church is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Senior Event Planner. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of internal events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute event concepts that align with the church's mission and vision • Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistency and excellence in event planning and execution • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment • Co-manage event marketing and media efforts to promote events and engage the community • Schedule creative meetings and assist in project timelines • Oversee ministry events calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts Requirements • Previous experience in event coordination, preferably in a large organization • Maintains a mature Christian lifestyle consistent with the teachings of the Church • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and priority-setting skills • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and implement educational activities
