About This Role We are seeking a results-driven and creative professional to serve as our Director of Private Events. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of event coordinators. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue • Lead a team of event coordinators to plan and execute private events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events • Monitor and analyze event performance data to identify areas for improvement Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in a senior role • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
