You will be responsible for all aspects of event planning, from initial client consultations and conceptualization to budgeting, vendor negotiation, logistics coordination, on-site execution, and post-event analysis. This includes developing innovative event themes, sourcing venues, coordinating catering and entertainment, managing RSVPs, overseeing staff and volunteers, and ensuring all events run smoothly and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of event production, a creative flair for design and décor, and excellent problem-solving abilities to handle unforeseen challenges. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning, preferably with a focus on corporate events, conferences, and high-end private functions. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for client interaction and team collaboration.
