Our client, a premier catering and event management company, is seeking a highly organized and creative Senior Event Planner to manage corporate events. This on-site role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of high-profile corporate functions, from initial client consultations to final event wrap-up. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning, including conceptualization, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and on-site coordination, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and flawless execution.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event planning, with specific experience in corporate events and high-end catering. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Consult with corporate clients to understand event needs, objectives, and budgets. Develop creative event concepts, themes, and proposals tailored to client requirements. Create detailed event timelines, manage logistics, and coordinate all operational aspects. Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, including venues, florists, entertainment, and rental companies. Oversee menu planning and customization in collaboration with the culinary team. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency. Conduct site visits and pre-event planning meetings to ensure all details are meticulously arranged. Provide on-site management during events to ensure smooth execution and address any issues promptly. Supervise event staff and coordinate with catering teams for seamless service delivery. Post-event follow-up with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. This role demands a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, coupled with substantial experience in event planning.
