The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable eye for detail, a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, exceptional client relationship management skills, and a proven ability to manage complex logistics from conception to execution. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, vendor coordination (caterers, florists, AV, entertainment), seating arrangements, and timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in event planning, with a strong emphasis on luxury hospitality, hotels, or high-end catering. Experience with wedding and social event planning is highly desirable.
