Event Planning Professional The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of event planning principles and practices, with 5+ years of experience in the field. About This Role: • Responsibilities: • Develop strategic plans for events, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor management • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine event goals, objectives, and outcomes • Manage event details, including budgeting, scheduling, and staffing • Negotiate contracts and manage vendors, including hotels, caterers, AV, décor, and marketing materials • Supervise on-site meeting/conference staff and act as main point of contact during events • Qualifications & Skills: • College degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Communications, or related fields • 5+ years of experience in event planning • Exceptional project management and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) designation preferred What You'll Gain: This role offers the opportunity to develop your event planning skills, work with a talented team, and make a meaningful impact on our organization.
