A hybrid work schedule is supported, and onsite presence at our Baltimore campus is required during preparation for and support of in-person events. Responsibilities include: • High-level event support including meeting/seminar/travel coordination, procurement, data management, problem resolution, calendar coordination, and meeting requests. • Providing professional customer service to staff and external partners. • Working with vendors and caterers to obtain required event supplies and services. Skills and qualifications include: • Demonstrated experience coordinating/managing virtual, in-person, and hybrid events.
