Senior Event Planner & Project Manager / Chief of Staff

How you appear on video is a critical part of this role. You’ll collaborate closely with our COO & Head of Marketing as well as our Director of Enablement, and also represent SASSI at client engagements and events. We’re looking for a Senior Event Planner & Project Manager with the strategic insight of a Chief of Staff—someone who can juggle high-profile events, executive support, and creative leadership with ease. • Creative Content & Deck Prep: Prepare PowerPoints and materials that align with brand standards—and bring wickedly creative ideas that make events unforgettable. • Relationship Management: Respond to speaking and podcast inquiries, and coordinate with strategic partners, speaker bureaus, and clients.
