The Senior Event Planning Coordinator supports the planning and execution of internal and external events for the firm’s sales, training, and client-facing initiatives. The position works closely with internal business partners, including conference planners, procurement, sales, communications, attendee management, compliance, and vendors, to ensure events are executed with accuracy, quality, and alignment to business priorities. • Provide onsite event assistance including registration desk coverage, vendor coordination, room monitoring, and attendee support. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
