Summary This individual is also responsible for the training, coaching and development of Event Planning Managers and Administrative Assistants. This individual will work closely as the liaison between Meeting Planners and the Hotel Event Food & Beverage Department, Audio Visual Team and Hotel Operations making sure all client details are communicated to the hotel for fulfillment. This is the Hyatt Touch Qualifications • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment • Refined verbal and written communication skills • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge • A minimum of 1-3 years in Hotel Event Sales and/or Event Planning • Has completed General Sales & Events training programs • Geographically mobile (minimal travel required) • Shows leadership throughout the hotel • Passionate about the Hotel Event experiences
