This position involves managing relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring seamless event execution from initial planning to final delivery. The Event Planning Manager serves as the onsite contact for all assigned groups, collaborating closely with clients to prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Convention Resumes. The detail-oriented nature of this role demands accurate documentation and timely communication of all special arrangements including food and beverage setups, audio-visual needs, and any other requests that contribute to an event's success. • Minimum 3 years of banquet or meeting planner experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred • Strong client relationship and communication skills • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to anticipate and resolve issues to ensure flawless event execution • Knowledge of catering, event planning, and convention services • Professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
