Senior Event Producer

This role is part time hours to start, ramping up in hours as the event gets closer. It is remote with the exception of one site visit likely in the summer, and 1 week onsite for the actual event in the fall for a conference for a major global client. What we... are looking for: Responsibilities: • Main point of contact for client stakeholders • Responsible for planning and execution of the conference • Oversee every aspect of the conference hall for the event, collaborating with the client sponsor/partner team and general contractor to ensure seamless execution • Collaborate with client and general contractor on the overall design and management of the exhibit show floor, inventory, and floor plans. • Work with the sponsorship manager on the sponsor booth needs to ensure proper show services are ordered • Manage activations on the show floor, such as ordering show services for activations on the show floor like cleaning, electrical, internet.
