Senior Event Producer

Our client is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Event Producer to lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of high-profile events in **Tampa, Florida, US**. This role demands a unique blend of artistic vision, logistical prowess, and budget management expertise. The Senior Event Producer will be responsible for bringing innovative event concepts to life, from initial brainstorming to final wrap-up, ensuring seamless delivery that exceeds client expectations. You will manage all aspects of event production, including venue selection, vendor negotiation and management, talent booking, staging, lighting, sound, A/V, catering, and on-site execution. This role involves extensive client interaction, understanding their objectives, and translating them into memorable and impactful experiences. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of current event trends, creative storytelling, and technical event production aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and pitch innovative event concepts and themes. Manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and optimized. Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues. Oversee all logistical planning, including timelines, permits, insurance, and staffing. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling event designs and content. Manage on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting any issues. Conduct post-event analysis and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Stay abreast of emerging trends in the arts, entertainment, and event industries.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in event production, preferably with a focus on large-scale or corporate events. Proven track record of successfully producing complex and creative events. Strong understanding of event technology, A/V, and production techniques. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
