Senior Event Producer & Production Operations Lead

Overall Purpose: Reporting to the ExecutiveProducer, the senior event producerand production operations lead is responsible for the management of events from the early planning stages through final closeout, including collaborating with clients to achieve their goals of the event, assisting in the creation and management of show budgets, management of project accounting and vendors, management of internal departments and processes, management of floor plans, and overseeing the entire on-site execution of the project. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of production experience that includes a variety of successful events in diverse environments along with a track record of producing numerous live events from concept through completion and closeout. • Collaborate with clients to achieve their goals of the event, assisting in the creation and management of show budgets, management of project accounting and vendors, management of internal departments and processes, management of floor plans, and overseeing the entire on-site execution of the project. • Works to create and help maintain a positive working environment for Solomon Now. • Able to effectively lead and motivate your Event team.
