Senior Event Producer- Remote

Event Technical Producer Event & Conference Management Team Full Time As an Event Technical Producer, you will be responsible for supporting all technical production aspects of a meeting or event. This includes pre-production planning, full on-site event production oversite, audio visual support, technical troubleshooting, equipment set up, and content management of MassMutual’s in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings and events. MassMutual’s Event and Conference Management team manages all MassMutual sponsored conferences, events, and meetings from discovery through execution. A critical aspect of the role is negotiating contracts with suppliers and coordinating with venue staff, convention center representatives, and other key stakeholders to ensure all technical elements are flawlessly executed on-site. Tech-savvy and able to learn/adopt new technology tools and platforms quickly Organized and able to plan appropriate project timelines, work backward from deadlines, identify milestones and owners, and execute against a plan Fluent in both Mac and Windows environments Project management/program management skills Advanced experience with Vectorworks and CAD development Regular meetings with the Event and Conference Management Team, Business Unit Partners, and Suppliers Networking opportunities including access to Asian, Hispanic/Latinx, African American, women, LGBTQIA+, veteran and disability-focused Business Resource Groups Access to learning content on Degreed and other informational platforms MassMutual is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Individual with Disability/Protected Veteran.
