You will: • Oversee all elements of meeting planning, including choosing venues, negotiating with vendors, registering attendees, preparing detailed documents for events and reporting on outcomes. • For hybrid events, travel to the event location and work with the executive event producer to check the venue’s technology capabilities and deliver the virtual extension of the in-person event. You have your finger on the pulse of the events and meetings industry and know how to leverage your experience and skills to stay ahead of the curve in this space.
