N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Meeting/ Conference Director to support our customer the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) providing support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives. Proactively address and resolve potential issues or risks to maintain smooth event execution • Host kickoff and recurring planning calls with clients to understand their needs, strategize, and share project timelines to ensure successful event outcomes • Negotiate and manage contracts with venues and vendors, ensuring due diligence, adherence to terms, budget compliance, and satisfactory service delivery • Handle travel logistics and the reimbursement process, adhering to client and corporate policies • Oversee the development of event websites, registration systems, virtual environments, and meeting materials, ensuring all elements meet high-quality standards • Manage communications with event attendees to provide relevant information and enhance their event experience • Review and finalize the Run of Show for live-event support to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly • Manage every facet of events and attendee experiences to guarantee a successful outcome.
