The Event Meeting Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with multiple hotel departments to guarantee that client expectations are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for convention, meeting, and group event clients. • Ensure all client needs are met during the event, and address any client concerns in a timely manner. • Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in convention or event management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
