Responsibilities • Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with Sales, property departments, and customers. • Support and act on behalf of the Director of Event Management or Director of Event Planning and Operations in their absence. • Conduct pre- and post-event meetings to review group needs and feedback. • Act as a liaison between field sales personnel and customers throughout the event process. • Greet customers during the event phase and hand-off to the Event Operations team for execution of details.
