The Senior Events Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for planning, executing, and managing all domestic and international client and internal team events. This role owns the full event lifecycle — from high-level strategy and budget management to on-site logistics, vendor relationships, gifting programs, and attendee communications — ensuring seamless event delivery and exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint. Client Gifting & Shipping • Manage all gifting programs end-to-end in partnership with the Brand & Creative Director, including: • New Client Gifts • VIP Day Gifts • Workbooks & Ashley's Book • Event Materials • Challenge Gifts • Company Merch & Swag Store • Miscellaneous Team Gifts • Oversee all shipping logistics: prepare labels, track deliveries, and ensure all materials arrive on time. Event Leadership & Execution • 95% of events executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in event management, hospitality operations, or meeting planning required.
