Leading the Americas Event team, the full-time Senior Events Manager will provide strategic oversight for in-person, hybrid, and virtual programs, manage event budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize audience engagement and program delivery. Key responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and governance for the Americas Event team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities Oversee regional event budgets, performance reporting, and ROI analysis to inform decision-making and portfolio optimization Define the vision and roadmap for virtual events and webinars, ensuring high-quality delivery and audience engagement Required qualifications Experience leading and developing teams, preferably in a remote environment Proficiency with MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software Experience working cross-functionally within a global organization Familiarity with AI tools or a demonstrated willingness to learn Strong background in event management and technology oversight
