Supporting Strategic Accounts, the full-time remote Senior Events Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of impactful virtual and in-person customer events and community programs to drive customer success and engagement. Key responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of customer events and hacking challenges aligned with security objectives and business goals Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance event planning, communications, and operational workflows for improved efficiency Analyze participation and customer outcomes to develop reporting dashboards and provide actionable recommendations for future programs Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in event management, program management, or related fields within technology or cybersecurity Proven experience leading complex virtual and in-person events with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Experience using data and metrics to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting insights to senior leaders Familiarity with event management platforms and project management tools such as Asana or Trello
