This is a role for an events professional who excels in a team environment, someone who can own their specific portfolio while ensuring total alignment with team members to create a seamless, unified customer experience. • Contribute to event planning timelines, staffing schedules, and communication strategies for attendees and internal teams. Innovation Center & Orgill Event Portfolio Support • Support the scheduling, development, and execution of various events hosted at the Orgill Innovation Center, including customer tours, product showcases, and training events. • Ensure coordination and consistency across departments throughout the planning and execution process. • Proven experience with hotel room block coordination and travel logistics.
