Job Summary – The Senior Manager of Event Engagement at the Billy Graham Library is a dynamic and multifaceted leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest experience, daily library operations, and facilities management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Execute the visionary leadership provide by the Executive Director to the Library's management team, inspiring a shared commitment to the organization's mission and objectives. • Oversee the day of logistics for programs, guest groups and all guest experiences at the Billy Graham Library campus. • Serve as the primary Event Manager on Duty (MOD) during operating hours or special events of the Billy Graham Library, in the absence of or as requested by the Guest Services Manager, and communicates accordingly to Library staff at various levels • In the absence of the Senior Manager of Operations, oversee facilities and housekeeping requests to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Continuing the lifelong work of Billy Graham, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association exists to support and extend the evangelistic calling and ministry of Franklin Graham by proclaiming the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to all we can by every effective means available to us and by equipping the church and others to do the same.
