Senior Manager, Event Management

Dentsu Creative, established in June 2022, integrates with dentsu's Media and CXM businesses in over 145 countries and regions to offer Integrated Growth Solutions. You will report to the Director of Event Management. Serving as a local contact for Clients and important partners • Approve and submit payroll and expenses for part-time and full-time employees (where applicable) • Process payments for invoices from vendor partners • Manage, and following local market budgets • Manage activation schedule, event deliverables, run of show, and staffing/ asset needs: • Staff specialists/Brand Ambassadors for sampling and special events through company staffing application • Coordinate transportation and kit logistics of large event assets. This is a hybrid role and you will travel for in-person event attendance, to manage assets, and POS kitting and deployment at our warehouse 2-3 days a week.
