Senior Manager, Events

Depending on your location, this role may be hybrid or remote. The Lead/Sr Manager, Conferences and Events, Adtalem is responsible for development and execution of a comprehensive event strategy to achieve business results and maximize internal and external event value for Chamberlain and Walden Commencement ceremonies and other events as assigned. The Lead/Sr Manager, Conferences and Events will lead a team of event professionals who develop and execute events that inform, engage and inspire current and prospective students, colleagues, alumni, strategic partners, the healthcare industry and the community and position events for revenue generation and/or thought leadership opportunities. Analyze and report on meeting and event outcomes, including post-event-surveys and summary of expenses to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing efficiency. • Experience with reporting and analysis of marketing and admissions tactics and data to identify areas for improvement required.
