As we enter our sixth decade, we pledge to:PAGE-BREAKEmpower exploration and the thrill of the unknown for as many people as possible.PAGE-BREAKProtect the places where we live, play, and operate.PAGE-BREAKEvolve the way we make our products by improving our environmental performance and social responsibility in the supply chain.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKSenior Manager, Events - AmericasPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKHow You Will Make a DifferencePAGE-BREAKEvent Strategy & PlanningPAGE-BREAKIn partnership with Director and senior leadership, develop and implement a comprehensive Americas events strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives, values, and TNF Brand Map.PAGE-BREAKIdentify new opportunities for in-person events and activations, sponsored and owned, that increases The North Face’s visibility and engagement with target customers.PAGE-BREAKPartner closely with Brand, Sports Marketing, Loyalty, Social Impact team during strategic and tactical planning through executionPAGE-BREAKTeam LeadershipPAGE-BREAKManage and mentor a team of event professionals, including coordinators and managers.PAGE-BREAKCreate collaborative relationships with channel leads including Ecom, Retail, Wholesale and Marketing leadership.PAGE-BREAKBudget ManagementPAGE-BREAKDevelop and manage event department annual budget, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution with a transparent and structured approachPAGE-BREAKNegotiate and manage vendor contracts and agreements to maximize value and quality.PAGE-BREAKPartners with finance and accounting to clearly communicate costs, solicit approvals, following payment schedules, and updates to budget as the year progresses.PAGE-BREAKEvent Execution:PAGE-BREAKOversee the end-to-end execution of events, from concept development to post-event evaluation.PAGE-BREAKCreate clear and thoughtful event briefs (in partnership with internal partner(s) such as Brand, Loyalty, Sports Marketing, etc)PAGE-BREAKObsess the details around the consumer experience before, during and after the event.PAGE-BREAKVendor Management:PAGE-BREAKMaintain strong working relationships with trusted event agencies and vendors to bring TNF events to life.PAGE-BREAKPartner with internal Legal team to ensure compliance on all SOWs, contracts, agreements, NDAs, etc with any and all outside vendors and agencies.PAGE-BREAKOversee event registration vendor relationship, including regular meetings to review performance, enhancement roadmap, data integrations, analytics dashboard, etcPAGE-BREAKMarketing and Promotion:PAGE-BREAKCollaborate with the Brand marketing team to create effective event marketing campaigns that drive excitement, guest traffic and attendance.PAGE-BREAKEstablish and monitor event KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement and attendance for future eventsPAGE-BREAKWarehouse & Asset managementPAGE-BREAKOversee warehouse vendor to maintain inventory of TNF event assets (tents, seating, signage, TNF retail trailer, Airstream etc) at Denver-based warehousePAGE-BREAKHelp re-vamp current inventory system and process for events team to book and check out physical assets to support various events.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKFree to Be, Inclusion & DiversityPAGE-BREAKAs a purpose-led, performance driven company, we strive to foster a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness, and authenticity.
