This is not an “order-taker” role — it’s a leadership seat on a fast-growing marketing team where you will set the vision, drive execution, and measure impact for every conference, activation, and event. This role requires strategic thinking, creative vision, operational excellence, and the stamina to thrive in a high-speed, high-expectation startup. You’ll lead event logistics, coordinate cross-functional planning, and ensure that every Subject event leaves an unforgettable impression — from the first Instagram story to the final lead follow-up. • Lead the execution of all major events, from national education conferences, internal conferences and creative event pop-ups. • Exceptionally organized with an eye for detail • Has a sharp eye for design and visual storytelling, with hands-on experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Figma to create polished event collateral, social graphics, and digital assets.
