The Senior Manager, Meetings and Events is a key member of the Servier U.S. Meeting & Events Planning team which is part of the Corporate Business Operations. The Senior Manager will possess deep knowledge of all aspects of meetings, tradeshows and congresses planning to include, site selection, contract negotiation, budget management, exhibit management, food and beverage management, sponsorship management, offsite dinners and events, registration management, and VIP management. • Manage all communication aspects of respective meetings or congresses to internal attendees and senior management, as appropriate. Education and Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience in meeting and convention planning. • Travel ~30% of the time for meetings/workshops, external conferences, and internal meetings/off-sites.
