Senior Manager of Firm Events Design

Event Design & Execution • Lead the design and orchestration of large Firm events, including offsites for 1,000+ attendees (Principal Connect) and large group webcasts. • Working with senior leaders defines the goals, objectives, and outcomes for each event, ensuring alignment with Firm strategy and leadership priorities. Project Management • Leverage strong project management skills to oversee the planning and execution of all Firm events, from inception to debrief. • Strong experience in project management, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex logistics. • Proficient in project management tools and event management software.
