This role serves as a consistent, professional point of contact for all special events-including corporate groups, weddings, and social gatherings-while also overseeing Ranch-wide programming such as holidays, branded retreats, and signature experiences designed to increase occupancy and guest engagement. • Manage and coordinate complex weddings, corporate functions, and social events, including sales, planning, negotiations, and execution. • Minimum 4 years of hospitality event planning/management experience, preferably in a resort environment. This is a full-time position with an expectation of working 50 hours a week on average.
