Strategic Meetings and Events is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of internal and external meetings, events, and trade shows aligned with strategic business and brand objectives. • Work with Meeting Managers to assist with audio visual arrangements, food & beverage orders and onsite logistics as needed • Manage hotel reservations, attendee travel bookings and transportation • Manage onsite registration and attendee arrivals • Manage webinars and ancillary activities as assigned • Adherence to compliance items • Participate in internal and external meetings on weekly basis • Work in CVENT to track travel and hotel requests, registration reports, manage mobile app • Merging, collection and tracking of contracts and W9s and monitoring compliance to all guidelines • Work directly with team to print, pack and ship meeting supplies and meeting materials needed for meeting • Serve as onsite contact for the venue and attendees Anticipated Pay Range $56,200.00 - $78,100.00 USD Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
