Role Description We are seeking a Senior Meeting & Event Manager to join our team in a full-time, remotely but ideally based in the Atlanta, GA area. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing meetings and events, fostering relationships with clients, managing contracts, creating and reconciling budgets, and ensuring all logistical aspects of live events run seamlessly. Qualifications • Proficiency in Meeting Planning and Event Planning, demonstrating a strong ability to manage logistics and ensure successful event execution • Proven experience in Contract Negotiation, ensuring favorable terms and cost efficiency for clients • Competence in Budget Creation and Reconciliation with a detail-oriented and strategic approach • Strong Customer Service skills to build client relationships and maintain high levels of satisfaction • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities • Familiarity with production and audio-visual management, air travel coordination, and on-site logistics is highly desirable • Experience with technical tools such as mobile app development and registration management systems is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
