At Part 2 Events, we strive to deliver exceptional and custom-tailored meeting experiences that go beyond expectations.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Meeting & Event Manager to join our team in a full-time, remotely but ideally based in the Atlanta, GA area. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing meetings and events, fostering relationships with clients, managing contracts, creating and reconciling budgets, and ensuring all logistical aspects of live events run seamlessly. QualificationsProficiency in Meeting Planning and Event Planning, demonstrating a strong ability to manage logistics and ensure successful event executionProven experience in Contract Negotiation, ensuring favorable terms and cost efficiency for clientsCompetence in Budget Creation and Reconciliation with a detail-oriented and strategic approachStrong Customer Service skills to build client relationships and maintain high levels of satisfactionExcellent organizational, communication, and time management abilitiesFamiliarity with production and audio-visual management, air travel coordination, and on-site logistics is highly desirableExperience with technical tools such as mobile app development and registration management systems is a plusBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
