Senior Specialist, Education Event Manager

As an Education Event Manager, you will coordinate high quality digital and onsite education events for plan participants, encompassing both retirement plans, equity compensation plans, and related services. • Serve as the point-person to coordinate employee workshop events • Consult business partners and clients on the planning process and logistics related to the event • Assist service team members (RM’s/CC’s) in supporting client needs and requests by finding creative and scalable solutions • Engage internal teams and resources to address specific education needs • Assign resources, gather materials, and coordinate with both clients and internal partners • Ensure the quality and on-time completion of all necessary event deliverables • Provide technical and production support for digital events • Provide support in preparing and maintaining internal control documents required for workshop metrics and reporting • Additional duties as needed Our purpose-driven, supportive culture, and focus on your development means you’ll get the tools you need to make a positive difference in the finance industry.
