As a Senior Wedding Planner at Leigh & Co. Events, you will serve as the backbone of our wedding day operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve onsite management, ensuring that every element of the wedding aligns seamlessly with our clients' vision. You will collaborate closely with vendors, members of the wedding party, and families to guarantee smooth execution from start to finish. You will create and manage detailed timelines that synchronize all aspects of the wedding day, support couples by advocating on their behalf, and oversee all setup, including décor and vendor arrangements. This hands-on role also includes assisting with guest logistics, managing essential decorations such as seating cards and favors, and ensuring that all important items like gifts and toasting flutes are properly handled at the event's conclusion.
