Leigh & Co. Events is an innovative and expanding wedding planning company seeking enthusiastic planners to join our team as Senior Wedding Planners. This contract role offers you the flexibility to choose your own schedule and includes comprehensive training. With competitive pay ranging from $25 - $35/hour based on project completion, we are eager to welcome candidates for our thrilling 2026 season and beyond. As a Senior Wedding Planner, you will provide outstanding wedding planning services on-site for couples, ensuring their special day unfolds seamlessly. Collaborate with our assistant planners to manage a variety of tasks, including: • Developing detailed wedding timelines tailored for couples • Serving as a supportive advocate for the couple, maintaining composure and resolving issues during the event • Supervising the setup of the ceremony and reception • Executing all day-of operations, from early arrival at the venue to post-event breakdown • Welcoming and directing vendors on-site • Coordinating vendor requirements for setup • Arranging seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest book, and decor • Assisting the wedding party and family with any needs, questions, or concerns • Managing end-of-event arrangements, such as gifts, guest books, and toasting flutes
