We proudly operate some of the most stunning venues in the Greater Seattle area from elegant wineries in Woodinville to modern spaces in Bellevue and iconic downtown Seattle landmarks.If you re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a team-focused environment, and love creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to connect with you!Compensation (Hourly- Tips):$27 - $30 per hour (set hourly wage, in place of individual tips, our compensation model provides higher guaranteed wages)Rate based on experienceKey Responsibilities:Clock in/out accurately and report to the Event Lead for assignments.Support seamless event execution from setup to breakdown.Deliver professional, polished food and beverage service throughout events.Anticipate guest needs with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail.Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.Maintain Landmark standards, policies, and safe work practices at all times.Qualifications:2+ years of serving experience (banquet or catering experience preferred).Exceptional customer service and multitasking skills.Dependable, team-oriented, and professional in appearance and attitude.Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Reliable transportation required.Current Washington State Food Handler Card.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions.Why Landmark?Work across some of the Seattle area s most beautiful and exciting venues.Flexible scheduling.Paid sick time and training.401KA supportive, collaborative team culture that celebrates excellence.If you re ready to help us make special happen at every event, we d love to hear from you!Work Location:In person (multiple venues)Job Type:Part-time opportunities available
