Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must meet the eligibility requirements of the Federal Work Study Program and maintain a 2.5 minimum GPA. You should also possess effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed. In addition, you should be able to lift and move event materials/equipment and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to faculty, staff, students, and guests.
