Key Responsibilities: • Configure ServiceNow Event Management to receive and process alerts from SCOM. • Set up MID Server and Event Connector for secure communication between SCOM and ServiceNow. Required Skills: • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and IntegrationHub. • Strong knowledge of SCOM architecture and alerting mechanisms. • Ability to design event correlation rules and remediation workflows.
