Show and Event Manager

Five Star Bath Solutions — one of North America’s fastest-growing bathroom remodeling brands (100+ locations) — is expanding into Connecticut and hiring a Show & Events Manager to own our entire event marketing engine. You will find the events, build the team, run the calendar, and drive the results. What You’ll Do Research and secure high-traffic home shows, fairs, expos, retail events, and community eventsBuild and manage a year-round event calendarOwn logistics: scheduling, staffing, setup, teardown, inventory, transportationRecruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of event promotersLead from the front — engage homeowners and help book free in-home design consultationsTrack performance, analyze results, and continuously improve ROIEnsure a polished, professional brand presence at every event What We’re Looking For Event manager, retail manager, brand ambassador leader, or field marketing leaderSomeone who loves weekends/events and being "where the action is"A natural leader who enjoys coaching and building a teamHighly organized and execution-focusedComfortable working flexible hours and traveling across ConnecticutHome improvement or in-home sales experience is a plus (not required)Physical requirements: Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
