We're seeking a motivated and experienced Show & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Hartford, CT area.What You'll Do: • Identify and research consumer events, home shows, expos, and festivals within our designated territory • Negotiate and secure event space contracts with vendors • Build and manage a strategic annual calendar of events • Recruit, hire, and train a team of enthusiastic Event Demonstrators • Schedule and oversee staffing for each event • Coordinate the transportation, setup, and teardown of event booths and displays • Engage with event attendees and schedule free in-home consultations • Collect and manage contest entries and follow up to convert them into appointments • Track event performance, leads, and ROI metrics, and report results regularly What We're Looking For: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Proven ability to coach and motivate a team • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs • Must be available to work weekends (events are often held on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) What We Offer: • Competitive base salary plus commission • Comprehensive benefits package • Company vehicle and gas reimbursement • Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company
