We are seeking an organized, energetic, and results-driven Shows & Events Manager to lead our event marketing efforts and help grow brand awareness through trade shows, home expos, community events, and local partnerships. This role plays a key part in generating qualified leads, strengthening community presence, and ensuring every event reflects the professionalism and quality of our brand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, outgoing, detail-oriented, and experienced in event coordination, marketing, or customer engagement and the home remodeling industry Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage home shows, expos, fairs, and community events Research and secure event opportunities that align with company goals Coordinate booth setup, displays, promotional materials, and logistics Manage event schedules, vendor communication, and event staffing Train and supervise event representatives and brand ambassadors Track event performance, lead generation, and ROI metrics Develop strategies to increase lead conversion and event effectiveness Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on promotional campaigns Maintain inventory of event materials, signage, and branded merchandise Ensure a professional and engaging customer experience at all eventsQualifications 2+ years of experience in event management, marketing, promotions, or related field Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or related industry preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for events Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary + performance bonuses Health insurance options Paid time off and holidays Companysponsored events and trainingWhy Join Us?At Empire Home Remodeling, you’ll be part of a team that values craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and community involvement.
