The Holiday Inn Independence is seeking an experienced Catering Manager / Event Planner. Small Meetings Manager would be responsible for booking for this area. Arranging meeting room and banquet room set ups, scheduling Audio Visual Equipment, arranging menu suggestions for both meeting and social events, as well as handling all aspects of setting up and executing the contract Managing accounts to achieve guests' satisfaction Requirements • Must have previous Hotel Catering experience • Excellent communication and people skills • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills • must be detail oriented • Previous Delphi experience preferred
