Social Event Coordinator

Responsible for proposing, planning, and executing social events that align with Rainbow City Performing Arts’ mission and goals. This role involves coordinating with operations staff and other departments to ensure cohesive event planning, securing venues, recruiting and managing volunteers, and promoting events to maximize participation. • Works closely with operations department staff and other departments to utilize available resources and ensure cohesive event planning. • Posts event announcements and promotional materials to ensure maximum participation and engagement. • Utilizes effective communication and interpersonal skills that align with and support the organization’s Mission and Core Values.
